📦 Can I change my billing or shipping information after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at quangtamvu63@gmail.com
Once your order has been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.

Yes. After your payment is confirmed, we will automatically send you an invoice via email.


🚚 How much are shipping charges?

We offer Free Shipping to the United Kingdom.

🎁 Can I send my order as a gift to a different address?

Absolutely. During checkout, you can specify a different shipping address for gift purchases.


🔍 How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24–48 hours. This will include a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.


📦 How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update in the courier’s system.
